Our Driver & Vehicle

Our Professional Driver is fully licensed and insured. He possesses a Class B CDL Passenger Endorsement (which far exceeds the minimum qualification of a chauffeurs licence) and has over 10 years experience transporting various populations of people.

Our vehicle will always be clean and will regularly undergo safety inspections and service checks.

Policies and Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens and things can change, and you may need to cancel a reservation. You can cancel your reservation at any time. To receive a full refund for any vehicle, cancellations must be made 24 hours before the pickup time. If you cancel within 23 to 8 hours of your chauffeur’s scheduled departure, 50% of the base rate will be billed. If you cancel within 7 to 1 hour of your chauffeur’s scheduled departure, 100% of the base rate will be billed. If you cancel after your chauffeur leaves the garage, you will be billed 100% of the trip charges.

Any reservations made for pick up between 12:01AM and 8:59AM require cancellation 12 hours prior. Failure to cancel within these guidelines will result in billing in full. No refunds will be made for a failure to cancel your reservation as noted above.

Cleaning or Damage Fees

Cleaning fees will only be applied if our vehicle is biologically contaminated by any bodily fluid and may include all costs of sending the vehicle to a professional cleaning service or manufacturer for disassembly, decontamination, and reassembly. Cleaning fees can vary from as little as $100, to more than $5,000, depending on the level and location of contamination.

Deliberate damage to the interior or exterior of any vehicle will be charged at the cost of restoration, plus a 50% service fee.

Traffic & Missed Flights

When we schedule your pick-up, we will suggest an appropriate pick-up time, based on our experience, to ensure a safe and smooth journey to your destination. We cannot be held responsible for costs relating to late arrivals, missed flights, or re-booking fees incurred due to traffic or other unexpected delays, as these are out of our control.

Lost Items

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles; however, we make every attempt to recover and return personal items.

Use of Credit Card

Authorization of credit card information must be verified at time of reservation. Your confirmation receipt authorizes us to assess and process applicable charges to the assigned credit card as explained in the trip confirmation. Final charges are subject to our audit.

Gratuity

20% Gratuity of contract cost is suggested. If a cash tip is not paid to the driver, we will process a 20% gratuity on your credit card.

Reasonable Use and Condition

We reserve the right to determine what exceeds reasonable use and condition of our vehicles. A reconditioning charge may apply if the vehicle is returned with excessive sand, soil and/or stain damage.

Smoking & Use of Tobacco

We strictly prohibit the smoking of all tobacco, vape, and marijuana products in our vehicles.

Zero Tolerance Alcohol or Substance Policy

Clients are asked to respect our zero-tolerance policy described in detail as follows: Consumption of alcohol or any substance is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated to the extent where they present potential harm to self, other passengers or drivers.
